You must be at least 18 years of age to have a PivotPass membership. With parent or guardian supervision, young adults between 15 – 17 years of age may have a PivotPass membership and register for classes.

You can work out at any of our partner gyms. Visit our gyms page, here, and filter by location.

You can register to attend any class with available spots at a partner gym from our schedule, here.

No, the only fees you pay are for the classes or services you choose.

You can cancel your membership by sending us an email at wellness@pivotpass.com.

(Just a friendly reminder, there are no fees if you decide not to register for any classes/services, but you still remain active to the PivotPass community with free access to fitness and nutritional resources, and other benefits! )

Your Pivot Pass membership automatically renews.

Once you’re logged in, go to the schedule page, here, and select the class you would like to attend.

You can cancel a class without penalty up to 12 hours of the scheduled class time. You can late cancel within 12 hours of the class time to open the space for someone else, however, you will still be charged for that class. For ULTIMATE pass users, the fee for cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled class time is $15, and the fee for not cancelling and not attending booked classes is $20, per instance.

(Late cancelling will continue to show on your list of classes, but will open the space to another person as a courtesy to other PivotPass members and class attendees.)

You can either purchase a monthly pass from the Pricing page, here, which gives you unlimited classes, or purchase individual classes from the Schedule page, here.

Monthly passes include unlimited class bookings at no additional cost and can be purchased here. Otherwise, each class is individually priced and can be found on the schedule page, here.

Once you’re logged in, you can change your payment method on the My Account page.

There are no monthly minimum fees. You only pay for the classes and services you choose.

Once you’re logged in, you can see your current Pivot Points balance on the My Account page.
