At Corner Barre, we understand the importance of variety in your workout. The backbone of what we do, the CrossFit group classes provide a small group setting where you’ll work out with all the instruction you need from a CrossFit certified trainer as well as all the necessary equipment. During these classes, you will learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight movements, proper running mechanics and much more. During class, you will be constantly observed to ensure you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.

Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body.
In less than an hour you will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on the areas women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up!

Barre is a ballet inspired fitness class to lengthen and strengthen and with this low-impact workout it will provide maximum results to feel the burn.
